He is also working on installations with several figures and other objects such as 'They're Not Pets, Susan' in 2007 in which he shows a man with a rifle next to a young girl stood by a dead bumble bee. The meaning of this picture is the father figure protecting his daughter from the rather large bee which he has shot with the gun he is holding. The little girl is stood behind him which gives the viewer the impression that she is scared and trusts her father to keep her safe. To take this picture Slinkachu must have set his camera on medium aperture to get the normal exposure. The way Slinkachu has placed his figures, makes the viewer notice the floor tiles are lined leading our attention to the dead bee even though the depth of field is far, on the father and daughter.
